By accessing or using The Live Network ("Service") at thelivenetwork.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The Live Network provides YouTube video promotion services through Google Ads. We help content creators and businesses promote their YouTube videos to targeted audiences to increase views and engagement.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. YouTube Content Requirements

Videos submitted for promotion must comply with:

  • YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Google Ads policies
  • All applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to reject or remove any campaign that violates these requirements, including but not limited to content that is:

  • Misleading or deceptive
  • Adult or sexually explicit
  • Promoting illegal activities
  • Hateful or discriminatory
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Containing malware or phishing attempts

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is required before campaign activation
  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your campaigns

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Campaign not started within 7 days due to our error
  • Technical issues preventing campaign delivery
  • Campaign rejected due to content policy violations (partial refund minus processing fees)

Refunds are not available for campaigns that have been delivered as described.

6. Service Delivery

We strive to deliver views as specified in your campaign, however:

  • View estimates are approximate and based on average performance
  • Actual results may vary based on video content, targeting, and market conditions
  • Campaign delivery times depend on budget, targeting, and Google Ads availability
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, subscriber counts, or engagement rates

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or game the system
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to interact with the Service
  • Promote videos you do not own or have rights to promote
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by The Live Network and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your YouTube content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LIVE NETWORK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Live Network and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
